Come Home To Yourself

Wisdom lives in the patterns of your being.

I offer somatic psychotherapy helping you restore harmony through embodied presence and connection.

Welcome,

I’m a physician specializing in somatic psychotherapy, an approach to healing and personal transformation that integrates mind and body. For individuals ready to feel more at home in themselves, I offer a grounded, relational approach for cultivating greater agency, nervous system regulation, and authentic connection through embodied experience.

With a background in Internal and Functional Medicine, I bring a unique perspective to my therapeutic work - one that respects the both mind and body, and appreciates our complex, adaptive and deeply interconnected nature. While my current practice is centered in NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model), my medical training continues to inform how I support patients holistically.

Sessions are attuned and guided by both science and presence. Together, we explore the patterns that shape your experience and gently open the door to something new - a new relationship with yourself, and the possibility of a new way of being.

Ready to begin? We start with a conversation. Let’s connect and explore what’s possible.

“Dr. Kristen Donigan is that rare breed, a true healer. I went to see Dr. Donigan because I suffered from recurring long Covid. My healing journey required deep work on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels of my being. Kristen was able to shift fluently and expertly between all these dimensions. Her profound presence and skill as a NARM practitioner is exceptional, assuring that all the answers on my journey come from within me, deepening my agency at each step along the path.

I offer Dr. Kristen Donigan my highest and most heartfelt recommendation. It is also my greatest hope that she represents the future of what healing can be.”
